✨LIVERPOOL CRAFT & FLEA MAKERS MARKET✨
SEPTEMBER: Saturday 12th. 11am-4pm. Find us at Lutyens Crypt, Metropolitan Cathedral, Liverpool – We love doing markets with Craft & Flea and this one is in a famous and fantastic venue, in a brilliant city. The cathedral is locally known as Paddy’s Wig-Wam, because of its unusual architecture. This is one we are excited about – kicking off our Autumn/ Winter markets! Can’t wait to see you there!
✨NOTTINGHAM CRAFT & FLEA MAKERS MARKET✨
SEPTEMBER : Saturday 19th. 11am-4pm. Find us at St Mary’s Church, High Pavement, Nottingham – A fab makers market in a beautiful building , curated by the excellent Craft & Flea folk, who we love doing markets with at different venues around the country. This is our first time having a stall in the historic city of Nottingham, so if it’s local to you please do swing by and explore… come and say hello, meet us, loads of other makers and bakers… and the ceramic cats!
✨MIDDLEPORT ARTISAN MARKET✨
NOVEMBER: Saturday 28th. 10-4pm. Find us at Middleport Pottery, Port Street, Stoke on Trent. It’s been a few months since we’ve been at this event, so it’s going to be lovely meeting up with our maker pals and the fab organisers of this lovely local market. If you’ve never been, it’s a must, a gorgeous and interesting venue next to the Trent & Mersey canal.
✨GLADSTONE CERAMIC MAKERS MARKET✨
DECEMBER: Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th . 11am-4pm both days. Gladstone Pottery Museum – This fabulous place is home of the Great Pottery Throwdown tv show, and amazing huge bottle ovens. Gladstone is a wonderful museum of local ceramics heritage, hosting an amazing (free to enter) two-day event. This fab venue will be full to the rafters with fantastic talent and oodles of Pottery Throwdown contestants that you will recognise from the telly!!
GALLERIES
BAREWALL ART GALLERY – You can find our limited edition Character Cat called HEAD CAT, in the Barewall Art Gallery, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. This character is inspired by Lemmy, the formidable frontman of Motorhead, who was born in Burslem. If you visit the gallery you will see an amazing life size sculpture of Lemmy outside the gallery , part of the work keeping his legacy alive in the town; with music events, a fab little Lemmy rock bar next to the gallery, and big plans for renovating the old Queens Theatre. A portion of each HEAD CAT sale goes towards to LFK Legacy Group.
