We will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on most items , but please read the following policy to make sure.
Information about requesting a cancellation :
You can request a cancellation before the item has shipped. As soon as we get your request we will reply to confirm that we have received your instructions. Please note, if you don’t get an email reply from us please try again, just incase there has been a technical problem.
We want you to be a happy customer and customer care is important – we won’t knowingly ignore any emails we receive.
We will not charge you for a cancellation providing the item has not been made specifically for you / made to order / personalised.
If the item is ‘made to order’ or personalised then we will unfortunately need to make a charge to cover losses.
Requesting a Return or Exchange on received goods:
Please contacts us within 14 days of delivery about the need to return or exchange – and then please ensure that you ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
What items can not be returned?
As is standard with most retailers, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged once you have received them:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
( … not that we necessarily make or sell some of these types of items, but it’s worth noting! )
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
